What a great idea! I have many staging items that can help with staging at no extra cost.
If the property is vacant and needs a full stage we can either do virtual staging or hard staging via a trusted third-party company, this cost varies per house.

Financing - Often 10 business days to finalize your mortgage approval.
Property Inspection- Also known as a home inspection, to make sure there are no major issues with the house.
Water Inspection- This will test the water quality and production to ensure the water is safe and can support household useage.
Septic Inspection- This test will ensure the septic tanks are in good and working condition as well as the septic field.
